The truth is hard to hear...

This is a personal favorite. This was based on the fact that sometimes work seems like a drunken, confused squirrel...and we cannot allow it to drive. On the back of the drawing, wrote down the names of the problems that were 'drunk squirreling' our jobs. I highly recommend this exercise.
